The Bolivia-Mexico Free Trade Agreement, which was deposited with the Latin American Integration Association, ALADI, as Economic Complementation Agreement (ACE) 3, entered into force on 1 January 1995.
The legal documents allowing the agreement to enter into force in each of the countries are:
BOLIVIA: Supreme Decree N° 23.933 and note SG/N° 19/99 (CR/di 427 and CR/di 894)
MEXICO: Decree of 27 December 1994 (SEC/di 621).
