Explanatory Note
The provisions of the attached schedule are expressed in terms
of the 2001 Customs Tariff of Canada.
The schedule lists those tariff item numbers (8 digit) where
accelerated tariff elimination will apply to all products in the
tariff item. Goods originating in the territory of Mexico provided
for in the tariff items listed in the schedule shall be free of
Canadian customs duty effective January 1, 2002.
