TASK #4: "DELEGATIONS WILL SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR THE ELABORATION
OF A FORMAT FOR COUNTER-NOTIFICATIONS"
Canada refers to its first submission on the issue of NTMS (FTAA.ngma/w/20) which suggested that a Reverse Notification procedure should also be implemented "once countries have had an opportunity to review other countries' notifications and to identify instances where they may consider that other countries have not notified particular measures".
For uniformity purposes, the Reverse Notification form could be similar to the Self Notification reporting format (for example, see ngma/w/20).
